Andrew Willis
Manager, Network Engagement and Development

Andrew manages the development and strategy execution of  the Harwood Institute’s alliances with partners, as well as overall business development and resource generation.

Andrew is a graduate from Lander University in South Carolina where he majored in Public Administration and minored in Mass Communications. During this time, he was President of the Lander University Political Science Association; Vice President and founding member of the Lander University College Democrats, Junior President of Lander University Student Government; Third Vice Chair of the Barnwell County Democrats; and President of Young Democrats in his home county.

Prior to working at Harwood, Andrew worked for Congressman John Spratt from South Carolina, Congresswoman Betty Sutton from Ohio, and a lobbying firm in Washington DC. In his spare time, he enjoys basketball, volunteering, and working on state and national political campaigns.
