"Thermometers" vs. "Thermostats"

(The Harwood Institute for Public Innovation)2007 Harwood Public Innovators Lab alum, Jerome Thredkeld is a public innovator.  He says he's a "thermostat" and not a "thermometer."  How about you?  Are you a thermometer or a thermostat?
