The Stations Turning Outward Initiative is a partnership between the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and The Harwood Institute for Public Innovation.  Stations Turning Outward give broadcasters the tools to deepen the impact of CPB’s economic response grants and demonstrate their local relevance at a time of financial pressure.
