At a time when many of us are being pushed to run faster and do more with less there is a nearly constant pressure to turn inward. There is a temptation to focus on our programs and turn away from the real goal of creating change for people. Sometimes we spend all our time on running a process only to lose sight of the impact we want - the progress we want to help create in the community.

Ask yourself:
Am I focused on programs or people?
Is my organization more focused on process or progress
