    Rich, I am going to participate in your blog for a while to see how if feels from my students next semester. So, the big question for is how we get those who \"act\" as leaders most of the time can still be effective in the group process when they are not most effective as participant leaders. History in a community seems to get in the way of quality relationships with folks who have only seen them \"taking charge\" in the past. I wonder about how they/we can get to a level of trust with the baggage of past experience...especially for those who have been seen as positional leaders and by those who have seen them...Bob
