Jennifer manages The Harwood Institute's operations, productivity projects and Board relations.
She is experienced in strategy, project management, organizational development, management consulting, marketing and stakeholder relations. Jennifer is skilled in facilitating cross-functional teams in strategic and operational planning. She is also an experienced, certified distance learning instructor of adult learners.
Jennifer holds an MBA in the Management of Science, Technology and Innovation from The George Washington University, and a BA in Economics and International Affairs from Trinity University, San Antonio, Texas. Inspired at a young age by visits to Thomas Jefferson's estate Monticello, she is a published coauthor of books on human transformation and living wholeheartedly with connection to one's community.
Jennifer contributed strongly to her own community YMCA by coaching swimming and cycling, helping develop a new swim team, and performing community outreach and fundraising. She and her family enjoy a variety of outdoor activities on the Eastern shore, Western Maryland, and The Chesapeake Bay.
