Ruthlessly Strategic Each of us wants to make a difference. Simply running faster or harder won't do the trick. We have to become much more ruthlessly strategic. Being ruthlessly strategic is about knowing the actual conditions we face in our community and understanding what it takes for communities to change.

Sweet Spot of Public Life The sweet spot is a nexus point where individual or organizational efforts to address public challenges also building community at the same time. If we are to build the kind of society we all seek, we must understand this nexus point and purposefully seek it in our daily work.
